Founder and Attorney, rb LEGAL
Rebecca is the Founder and Principal Attorney at rb LEGAL. She started the firm because she likes taking care of people and providing them with practical solutions in a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Rebecca brings a wealth of expertise, wisdom, experience, and compassion to the rb LEGAL team. She helps clients with their probate, estate planning, business law, pet trust and equine law issues.
Her hobbies include reading, kitchen dancing, and spoiling her dogs. She finds Fritos very dangerous.
Rebecca’s Story
You can probably relate to our founder Rebecca’s experience. She hadn’t started law school at the time her grandfather got ready to do his Will. It was a big occasion. He got dressed up in what he called his “funeral suit,” a navy pinstripe that he wore to weddings, funerals, and planned to be buried in. Rebecca, her grandfather, and her mother went to a downtown Minneapolis fancy lawyer’s office. They felt intimidated. They had too much lawyer for too few assets, but didn’t know that. They felt embarrassed, and Rebecca remembers her grandfather apologizing for taking this fancy lawyer’s time for his little farm and bank account.
Nobody should feel that way.

Alexia is a Senior Estate Attorney at rb LEGAL. She loves listening to clients and learning about their lives and passions. She enjoys drafting distribution plans that achieve her clients’ goals.
Alexia focuses her practice on estate planning.
You may find her climbing slides at area playgrounds with her two sons, reading, quilting, walking, or enjoying Honey & Mackie’s Coffee Chocolate Chip ice cream.

Arlo has been a part of the rb LEGAL team since 2023 and is an Associate Attorney. He enjoys listening to clients’ stories and learning not just about their legal needs, but about their interests and what makes them excited. He enjoys finding and fixing the small issues before they become big ones.
Arlo’s practice is focused on business law, estates, and probate.
When he’s not practicing law, you might find Arlo plane-spotting at the MSP airport, cheering on the Buffalo Bills and Sabres, travelling with his wife, Lizzy, or playing with his cats Peaches and Mia and his dog, Otto.

Lindsey is an Elder Law Affiliate Attorney focused on helping seniors navigate the challenges associated with aging through developing holistic plans based on empathy, strategy, and service. She particularly loves interacting with clients and listening to their colorful life stories.
In her downtime, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, watching classic movies, and her neighborhood book club.

Client Services Director
Shelley brings a range of experience across several industries to her role as rb LEGAL’s Client Services Director. She has engaged clients and managed operations in the trade show, sales, and security industries. She also has provided constituent support at the county level and was even licensed as a bail bondsman! Shelley excels at empathetically listening to clients, understanding what they need, and connecting them to the right people and resources at rb LEGAL.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and the dogs; trying new foods (but still enjoying her favorite places regularly); travel; and having fun anywhere she is. Her favorite foods are a great steak, strawberry shortcake, and all things ice cream.
Paralegal
Evelina is the Paralegal at rb LEGAL, where she supports attorneys in matters related to probate and estate planning. With a strong attention to detail and a client-focused mindset, Evelina plays a key role in helping ensure legal processes run smoothly and efficiently.
She graduated Cum Laude from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Pre-Law, bringing both academic rigor and real-world dedication to her work.
Outside the office, Evelina enjoys reading, cooking, working out, and unwinding with a good dose of reality TV. She brings the same energy and curiosity to her personal interests as she does to her professional life.
Client Services Specialist
Krista attended Normandale Community College and studied business and marketing. Krista is passionate about providing great customer service to everyone and takes pride in ensuring positive client interactions. Whether working independently or as part of a team, Krista is committed to driving success and making a positive impact.
When Krista is not at work you can find her spending time with friends and family, reading cheesy romance novels, or enjoying the outdoors at her cabin “up north!”
